A Program of Lifespan of Greater Rochester, Inc
Helps volunteer ages 55 and over connect with local volunteer opportunities. Volunteers choose where and when they want to serve, and are covered with no-cost supplemental accident and liability insurance while on duty.

• coupons for free items and services to distribute to volunteers
• gas and gift cards (any amount)

Volunteers Needed:
Note: CO-VID19 safety protocols are enforced for all volunteer placements.

• Individuals to make weekly, friendly phone calls to older adults.
• Drivers to transport older adults and individuals with disabilities to medical appointments, deliver meals to homes, or blood products to area hospitals.
• Individuals to support programs for Veterans.
• Leaders/Coaches for conducting health education classes in Matter of Balance and Chronic Disease Self- Management.

Many other opportunities available throughout Monroe County. Call for information.
