Greece Little League Baseball, Inc. is a non-profit organization whose mission is to "promote, develop, supervise, and voluntarily assist in all lawful ways, the interest of those who will participate in Little League Baseball and Softball."

Serving the communities of Greece, Hilton, and Charlotte, Greece Little League engages youths ages 4-16 in the instruction of baseball and softball starting with T-ball on through District Travel Baseball programs .

Additionally, Greece Little League offers a Challenger Program.  The program is an adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and developmental challenges.  Any individual age 4-18, or up to age 22 if still enrolled in school with a physical or intellectual challenge may participate.  Through the use of various aids the league had been able to adapt America's favorite pastime for children of all abilities.  With the help of sponsors, this program is offered free of charge for all who qualify.

Volunteers Needed:
  • Concession Workers: weeknight, Saturday and Sunday during baseball/softball season (May-September).
  • Umpires: training provided, weeknights, Saturday and Sunday during baseball/softball season (May-September).
  • Painting: various opportunities.
  • Field Maintenance Day: a coordinated group effort to ready fields for play or winterize fields at the close of the season (April and October).
  • General field maintenance: daily throughout the season.
  • Challenger helpers to assist physically challenged child to play baseball on Saturday mornings May to August (position requires background check).
  • Building Projects/Capital Improvements to Little League complex: dugouts, scoreboards, fencing, sheds.
  • Website design and maintenance.
  • Coaching and Assistant Coaching (position requires background check).
  • Eagle Scout Project Opportunities.

    Suitable for Teen Volunteers:
  • Concession Workers.
  • Umpires (training provided).
  • Painting.
  • Field Maintenance.
  • Eagle Scout Projects welcomed (Projects must be presented and approved by board).
