It becomes much easier to cope with Parkinson's disease (PD) when you have support from others facing similar challenges. NPF Greater Rochester, an affiliate of the National Parkinson Foundation, is a volunteer-run organization, operating in upstate New York. We are committed to providing support to people with Parkinson's disease and their families, educating the community about Parkinson's disease, and supporting research to find a cure.  

NPF Greater Rochester offers a great variety of Activities for those affected by Parkinson's Disease including loved ones:
  • Support Groups are held throughout the month.
  • The Parkinson Cafe is a delightful, informative, fascinating, unpredictable opportunity available only to people with Parkinson's and their caregivers. It occurs on various days of the week.
  • Seminars, Fitness classes , and non-contact Boxing lessons.
