Food Pantry (Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 am to 2 pm) distributing up to 300 bags of groceries each month.
Soup Kitchen: serving the mentally challenged (2nd Wednesday supper), and the 
economically challenged (4th Wednesday lunch).


Wishlist:
  • dry erase board (large, 3' x 4'), dry erase markers, eraser, eraser fluid
  • table, sturdy, wooden, 4-legged (appx. 36" x 20")
  • copy / printer paper, colored
  • office supplies: Sharpie (magic) markers (black preferably), clipboards, masking tape, Scotch tape, red or yellow duct tape, Kleenex tissues, Lysol/Clorox wipes
  • publicity supplies: poster board, foam core, brochure holders and flyer holders (Lucite), foam or cardboard trifold posters
  • used ink cartridges (we trade them in at Staples for in-store dollars)

Volunteers Needed:
  • Volunteer coordinator.
  • Assistant grant writer/researchers.
  • Jazzfest raffle coordinator (June).
  • Stained glass tour coordinator (April).
  • Garden tour coordinator (May or August).
  • Mini-golf coordinator (February).
  • Board member: 3-year term, well connected, willing to solicit donations.
  • Help prep, cook, cleanup meals. Second Wednesday 4 to 6 pm supper for mentally challenged, fourth Wednesday 10 am to 2 pm lunch for those struggling with food insufficiency. 
  • Promoters: visit local groups, organizations, churches/synagogues/mosques, etc. to present need and solicit support.
  • Sales people for Charity Mania tickets (spring and fall), Rochester Coupon books (fall and winter), Jazzfest raffle tickets (summer).
  • Writer: client stories, event articles.
