1. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. We will send you a form by return email asking you to provide information about your agency.
To be listed in the Wishbook, you must be a not-for-profit charitable 501(c)(3) organization in the Rochester, NY, area that routinely accepts donations from the public. Your contact person must be someone who will promptly return phone calls and emails from potential donors and volunteers, and who will follow through on arrangements for pickup or delivery of items. There is no cost for inclusion in the Wishbook.
3. If you qualify, return the filled-out Form using email to email@example.com.
