e are a nonprofit organization that houses permanently injured birds of prey. Among the wildlife housed at Wild Wings are eagles, hawks, owls, and also a bobcat. Our mission is to foster awareness, enhance respect, and promote personal responsibility for the natural world. We achieve our mission through educational programs featuring our resident animals.
Open Friday through Tuesday from 10 am to 2 pm. Closed Wednesday and Thursday. No admission charged; however, proceeds from donations and sales go directly to benefit the animals.
Did you know that Wild Wings has a new resident Bobcat named Zoara? She is 2 years old and weighs 25 lbs. Zoara was rescued from the Zoar Valley of Buffalo, N Y. She was left by the mother as the sickly youngest, but was rehabbed back to good health. Without a mother, she could not survive in the wild. So far she has adjusted very well to Wild Wings and is a real ham when guests arrive.
